Country Trail Ride--Eminence, Missouri, I have been
to the May, June, July and October rides--many times since
1990. My favorite ride is May as it is smaller, the
weather tends to be balmy days and cool nights. CCTR has
many miles of timber trails and gorgeous trails right
along the Jacks Fork River. Camping is a little more
challenging as the campsites a little vague--numbers on
trees, posts, you name it, but for the May ride there are
plenty of spots to camp. Reservations are recommended.

Big Piney--4-J Horse Camp--SW
of Rolla, Missouri
I have been to this horse camp several times--the
campground and stalls are great--well marked, with
electric and water at every campsite. Riding is miles and
miles of narrow timber trails with a few miles along the
river. No trails are marked so it is a little challenging
to find the best trails--I have found more trails each
time I go there. The Laughlin family runs the camp and
they treat you like family.

Panther
Creek-- Ulman,
Missouri
Nice trails marked well so you can go without
guide. The longhorn cattle are all over and fun to watch.
